KEY OBJECTIVES:

1. To offer courses in AYURVEDA, YOGA & ASTROLOGY

2. To provide practical hands on training opportunities for students / therapists and all interested

3. To offer a training ground for students and staff to be trained in ayurvedic therapy as well as handling administrative / front desk matters.

4. To provide online classes and e-modules.(LAUNCHED 1st E-Module on Nutrition and Yoga)

 Sattvic: Balanced
 Rajasic: Hyperactivity
 Tamasic: Sluggishness
